  I was amazed that the manager was out and visiting or checking on how everyone was doing and make sure everyone was happy with their meals. Never seen that happen before. Keep up the good work. Enjoyed the meal.

  This is a friendly place. I usually go here for coffee and work on my tablet during lunch time. The staff are great and are willing to get to know you. Food is good as well.

  Servers are amazing, kitchen is good but managers are horrid. My friend accidentally spilt his beer and apologized profusely but the manager stepped in and would replaced his beer. Sports are never ever managed. Volume issues for over a year!!! Been coming here for a long time cause servers are so nice but I'm done! These managers are rude and don't understand customer feedback. They just cut you off and don't even listen to what your saying. If u want to watch sports of any sort stay away. If you wanna go to a place that understands that making your customer happy this is not it! Stay away!

  Last night we had dinner at Boston Pizza. I ordered steak and mashed potatoes for my dinner. Unfortunately they had run out so I had to order another choice. The manager appoligized and discounted my meal after seeing the disappointment. Our meals was delivered by the TRENT RUGBY 7 TEAM who was raising funds and showing neighbourhood support. The manager had the staff prepare my mash potatoes which came just shortly after the meal arrived. I was so surprised and pleased.
  The new Manager at Chemong is just totally awesome and quite engaging. Boston you have a gem in her. She is going to put this restaurant on the map. We will become regulars due to her commitment to service.
