  This is one of Peterborough's best pizza places! The service is super friendly and the quality is always above and beyond. Don't let the Free Topping downtown on Simcoe St give you any preconceived negative thoughts about the Free Topping name as a whole - these guys are phenomenal!

  TERRIBLE!!! I have bought pizza's here for over 10 years, with complete satisfaction . . . until today. I requested delivery, and was then asked how long does it take to get to my house, so they know how much to charge for delivery . . .WHAT?! I then requested a certain item to be put on my pizza, and was told it now costs extra, when it used be same as all other toppings . . . WHAT?! When asked how I would pay, I said debit, and was then told they only accept credit cards because the owner doesn't want to have to pay for two machines . . . WHAT?! Since when do you need two different machines to process a payment using credit, or debit? ALL the other pizza places in our city seem to be able to manage quite well! I was then told by the employee, that a new flyer had been sent out telling us this information . . . I never received one. I loved their pizzas, but this has become rediculous! You have now lost a regular customer . . . I will order elsewhere. I will also tell others my story, recommending they DO NOT order from here . . . I USED to RECOMMEND them to everyone! This complaint is only about the Free Topping Pizza place, that is on Lansdowne St., Peterborough, ON
