  I have been to this McDonald's several times. The service is always very slow. I have waited more than 10 minutes for just a simple cup of coffee. Moreover, when I place a big order they almost always get at least one thing wrong. Tonight I ordered a wrap with grilled chicken and I got crispy chicken instead. It is ironic that the service is so bad given that the place is swarming with employees.

  Never disappointed at this McDonald's. The one time I did not get the right food at drive through. I called to notify, expecting nothing. I was very surprised when manager asked for my address so that they could send me coupons. That is amazing! They keep the restaurant very clean, staff are always friendly.

  The dine-in ordering area is very small and always uncomfortably crowded with people waiting for food. Dine-in and drive thru service is consistently slow. Customer service is good and food is expected quality.

  Went through the drive thru at 12am and order and poutine. However they could not offer me poutine because they didnt make enough mix. Whatever that means! I am little disappointed!!

  We come here all the time. But during this trip we noticed that the people in the back were preparing food without any gloves! Very disappointed.
