  My family and I ordered sub two assorted subs at approximately 6pm last night. My son ate part of his sub and has he was pulling it apart (I should mention he is two years old) we found a black spot on the meat. We have emailed the company and called the store. No one has gotten back to us. We are unsure what iit is. My fiancé is ill today. We are unsure who has ingested any of it since we found it midway through our meals. We would love to know what is in our sons food and what made my fiancé sick. We're also waiting to hear back from the health board. I would give 0 stars but there is no option for that. We got a call today January 30 from Peterborough Health Services indicating that my fiances sub was contaminated due to improper handling. We know it wasnt us who had improper handling. My fiance was the only one sick, he handled my sub and our sons sub. They were not contaminated and the two of us did not get sick. My fiance only had one bite and the rest of the sub was put into a baggie.

  Clean & don't cheap out on toppings. The location seems to always be top notch clean from the tables to the washroom. I witnessed on multiple occasions, workers thoroughly washing their hands before putting gloves on. They also put a lot of toppings and are fair priced. Definitely my favorite Sub place in Peterborough !
