  The food was good and served promptly. Tried the waffle fries for the first time and while they were good, we only got four in the box. Used the automatic order system which did not provide a receipt. The Client Service Leader at the cash did not know how to provide a receipt and seemed unconcerned about refilling the machine. Manager indicated she could get a copy but it would take time because it was inconveniently on the computer in the back room. When asked if they would ensure the machine was fixed the manager said it frequently jams and they have no way to fix the problem. Noted most tables needed to be cleaned. The almost twelve staff members were obviously not assigned table duty. Used the lady's washroom and found the soap dispenser not just empty but not in use, with no sign of soap to be found. Perhaps McDonalds management needs to visit this location soon.

  Cashier very pleasant, until she announced that she had to go on her break in front of a lineup of people. I ordered 2 hash browns and they were cold. My husband ordered tomato and herb crispy chicken. It was stone cold.
  They were pleasant when he went up to get a new one. They did not offer to bring it to him though. Floor filthy food all over it. A broom wouldn't be a bad thing.

  We go there on weekends heading up north and every time we stop there they will have run out of I'd say at least 2 items each time. They never have salads which seems pretty discriminatory for those who don't eat grease, or are vegetarian. The place is disgusting, never clean ever. I posted some pictures. Wait times are horrible. I've seen the manager yell at the young staff. The staff is argumentative. The list is endless. This is the beginning of feedback that will be provided.
