  Just spoke to manager of this location and she was extremely helpful. Communication from management team is excellent but needs work on the front lines. Not everyone will have a terrible experience, in fact I had good ones many times previously. Yet this one was negatively notable.

  Just had some terrible customer service from a young girl named Payton and the current staff working with her at this location. Showed her my receipt for the 2 dipping sauces I ordered and she claimed it was false and I wouldn't be getting any. Interesting when I have physical proof of the order... she then proceeded to tell me I could 'wait until until close at 1am' and I still wouldn't get any. All that for 2 dipping sauces. Went to other Papa Johns on Landsdowne East and they immediately handed me 5 dipping sauces as soon as I walk in the store and told them. Manager named Jessica at the Landsdowne East location is very nice and has excellence customer service. After first experience wasnt interested in eating at a Papa Johns again but Jessica changed our minds and going forward we will only order at her location.

  I have been using Papa John's at The Parkway since it opened as their first store in Peterborough (over three years).The staff are always extremely polite and helpful and the delivery drivers are exceptional....I look forward to seeing Carol, my favourite driver, at least once a week. I am also familiar with Payton, who has always brightened my day with her lovely smile and friendly greeting. I have no idea why anyone would make vicious remarks about this lovely girl, or this location, but I can assure you Kendra and Devon that your decision to go elsewhere is a good one and your nastiness will not be missed.

  Unlike Kendra I had an amazing experience with Payton. She's an excellent customer service representative and the papa johns on the parkway is always my go to. I had a mix up I forgot which store I had ordered from (silly me) but they handled it so kindly just explaining that I ordered from a different location! Always so polite! Constantly kind staff I've never had an issue. Always be kind to fast food workers they do handle your food. :) my commemoration to the staff at Parkway papa johns tonight had an incredible experience they always handle difficult customers with great ease and they are always respectful. Be kind the staff at parkway are always the best. Five stars in my book!

  Employee Payton was terrible! Extremely rude to customers. Conflicting experiences. When I go for carryout there is no issue but every time I get delivery the orders are messed up. Pretty much fed up with it. I'll just go to domino's, closer anyways.
