  I like that there is an organic section. I don't like having to hunt organic options down in other stores. This is a huge time saver for us. However, we still get most of our groceries from our local health food store.

  95% of the staff are great. There are a couple of cashiers that treat price matching as if the CX is always trying to rip them off and be deceitful even when you show them the store/date/ expiry date/and item details which makes checking out a long, drawn out, unenjoyable process. It's unfortunate that there are CX's who try to take advantage of the stores pricing policy but common sense and experience usually exposes those ppl..
  
  I've never had an issue obtaining a cart, and the only inconvenience Ive experienced is having to search for a basket once in awhile and dealing with the odd price matching Nazi but I've learned who they are and I avoid them now :)
  
  The store is always bright and clean, and the selection is quite good as well.
  
  A suggestion to all CX's (customers)
  If you are price matching, please have your items in the same order as your pricing app, or circle the items in the flyer and load on the conveyor belt in the order they appear.
  This will make check out a breeze for both you, the cashier, and all those waiting behind you.
  
  *!* DO NOT TRY TO PULL A FAST ONE BY TAKING A LARGER, FANCIER, OR MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT AND TRY PASSING IT OFF AS A PRICE MATCHED ITEM. This makes the cashiers job harder, more time consuming (for everyone) , and makes them untrustworthy and less willing to price match in the first place.
  
  ONE BAD APPLE ETC ETC.....
  
  All in all, it's a great store with great employees (minus a couple women but that's still quite impressive) so enjoy the experience and have a SAFE and HAPPY HOLLIDAYS!!

  Some staff know more than others what the stores policies are which can be confusing but overall they're usually ok.
