  I went with a friend and he loves it. I had fries and a sandwich and I was not impressed. For me, 1st and last time. Crab and lobster are big bugs in my opinion. I miss the Ponderosa that used to be there before red lobster.

  My husband and I were there last Thursday for dinner. We were going to the Brit Floyd concert after dinner. We had the most wonderful waiter I have ever had. His name was Micheal and he was extraordinary he made us feel so welcome. He was very good at his job, went out of his way to make our dinner the best. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and told us what we could change for what. He stopped by regularly and really made our dinner a great one. He is definitely a keeper and a very polite and lovable waiter....he really needs to be acknowledged. I've been to a lot of restaurants but never have we ever had a waiter so pleasant as Micheal....

  Great service! Even though the restaurant was packed we were served quickly and efficiently. Good food and good drinks. Nice place to go with your family and friends. Oh and the cheesy buns are unbelievably delicious!

  Lobster was good but the scallops were kind of rubbery. The newer tomato/mozza/onion/balsamic vinegar salad was way too heavy on the vinegar flavour and needed some olive oil.
  The biscuits which I was excited to have were oily and salty. It was a bit disappointing to be honest.
  
  Salmon was excellent though as was the green beans and mushrooms.

  Probably have the best customer service around. The waiter was great. We went for birthday celebration and they made it fun! Moreover, when we forgot to pick up our packed food that we totally forgot on the table, the manager was very kind to offer a card since it was an honest mistake. It was a really wonderful experience. Food was awesome too!
