  The service is typically slower than most other Timmies I go to. They seem to get oberwhelmed by more than three or four vehicles in the drive through. I'm guessing that's why they keep their second drive though lane closed most of the time, since customers are always held up with the slow service at the window anyway. I wouldn't complain if they gave me what I paid for but twice in the last month they've told me after I've paid that they're out of dark roast. By then I'm impatient and don't want to hold up the line behind me to get a refund. I'm sure the employees are trying, so I'd blame it on understaffing and poor oversight from supervisors and/or management.

  Waited 8 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. 2nd line wasn't initially open which caused the traffic to be lined up out onto the back road. This is becoming a bigger issue every day.
