  My wife stopped in and ordered one large pizza, chicken wings and two dipping sauces. She was told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. 15 minutes later she inquired and was told it would not be much longer. When she inquired again having waited 30 minutes a guy took a pizza off a rack where it had been sitting and they gave her the pizza she ordered. She asked if they planned on giving her that cold pizza that was sitting on the rack all along and the girl simply shrugged. To make matters worse the two dipping sauces where not included when they gave her her order. She was mad and did not notice until she got home.
  We have been purchasing our pizzas from this location for about 10 years, while we are not in all the time we do purchase some pizzas every month. We have had long waits in the past, but this was the longest. I want the manager or owner of the store to know that we are not happy customers.
