  Service was excellent no longer have pina coladas ordered for rack of ribs plus 5 mild wings. ribs were dry ate half of one Wing my lips were burning manager didn't take $5 off my bill for the price of the wings. Instead he gave me a 9.99 coupon for next time I came in for entrees. So I gave coupon and a $10 tip to the waitress because the service was the only good thing in the place.

  good workers.. good food . just not enough of it for a working man unless u get endless ribs . all the combo meals seem a bit small for the guys I know . but other than that great place

  Firstly i ordered a grill cheese hamburger and the cheese was not even melted nor left on the grill for longer then 2 minutes , secondly ordered a "skillet cookie" was half way though when i noticed a hair, the waiter comes over and we tell her there was a hair in the cookie, she brings it to the back and you hear "Derick" the chef yell from the back, "TELL THEM TO EAT IT", with the waiter replying shut up, all in all Derick was a terrible chef and had a lack of etiquette. A change in career should be taken into consideration.

  My visit to Montanas in Peterborough, ON was baaaad. My waiter Trevor was awful, very rude and he swore at us. He insisted that we purchased drinks in order to 'help his percentage' or he would get written up. I wish he would have. Food was okay, found what looked to be a pubic hair in my beans. I asked for a well done steak and what i got was so undercooked it still had a heart beat. Asked Trevor if we could speak to manager and he refused.. We had to flag down another server. She apologized, said the manager would be out in a minute, but manager never showed up. We payed quickly, we swiped the bbq sauce as compensation. Not going back.
