  Giving a star rating to this location is a bit of a balancing act for me at this moment - although I guess that is the case with all reviews: In this case I gave a 4 star rating because I think - at least for now - that the positives outweigh the negatives.
  
  The staff are always very pleasant and friendly. Shelly, I believe her name is, stands out in my mind as a long time employee (she used to work nights and now works in the afternoon) is always very friendly, efficient, knows her job well, and always pleasant to deal with. The food is always as expected - good - and unlike some "fast food" competitors I don't recall ever being served something that I can tell has been sitting under a heat lamp for 15, 20, or 30+ minutes.
  
  The problem of late, however, is the new dual lane drive-thru. Unfortunately, it is only dual-lane at the ordering speaker - after that you have two lanes of traffic/customers trying to merge into one, and from my own experiences I am certain that there is not infrequent conflicts between customers, and the setting is right for a 'road rage' type incident where people get out of their car and start fighting. This location should switch back to a single ordering lane, unless they are able to negotiate space with the neighbouring Walmart plaza in order to expand the drive-thru and have two lanes all the way through. I've seen this done elsewhere - with a conveyor belt bringing the food OVER the traffic to the second lane, where an employee in a small booth can retrieve it and hand it to the customer. Perhaps, rather than the dual order lane, there is an opportunity to use, for example, an app that would allow customers to order before they are at the speaker (while lined up in their cars) thus permitting the grill staff to start preparing the orders. Maybe such wouldn't work well, I don't know, it's just an idea ... but I DO know that the current dual lane order system just doesn't seem to be working well.
  
  *P.S. BTW ... I really do not like the new(ish) colour grey colour palette: It looks, to me, like they still haven't finished painting the exterior - like it is an undercoat, or something, that never got finished. Also, the exterior drive-thru lighting is very poor at night - I'd think it was closed if I were not a local and already knew that it was open.

  Fast drive thru service.
  
  Restaurant is okay size, has a play place, so great place to bring the kids.
  
  Bathrooms have been messy at times.

  Slow drive thru! Horrible chicken nuggets... Tasted like they were made the the day before. Totally cold, too.

  It's a fairly respectable eat in area for a fast food place, IMO. It some wall mounted TVs with news on, as well as wall mounted fireplaces!
  
  While some may not like the touch screen ordering menu, I actually kinda like them. And worst case, you can always stand in line to order and pay.

  Very busy place because of its location. they have small play area for kids. One of the locations who has 4 machines setup to order from the machines but for last two times its kind of weird that after ordering you still have to go to cashier to pay so whats the point but still very good. Once ordered breakfast for more than 60 people, every thing was good except they mess up with egg and cheese only options and few people got ham in it other than that its great place. nice staff
