  Absolutely horrible went in to try the crispy chicken in the take out. Was told wait time 15 mins,40 mins later still no food only offered a dessert or drink after complaining my wife eventually went into the kitchen and demanded food right now or refund funny it came straight away. Got it home absolutely disgraceful 2 pieces of chicken lucky if there was 4 oz of meat. Save yourselves and go to Popeyes cheaper and actually lots of meat. I don't really want to give it 1 star

  This location is so hit or miss, Saturday it was a miss.
  
  The service while friendly and polite it was painfully slow. It took forever for food to come out, don't blame the server as it was smokin hot not heat lamp hot. Whoever was looking after loading the ovens to do the chicken badly misjudged demand.
  
  Our server was polite and friendly but if its taking over a half hour for the kitchen to put out entree's at least keep my coffee or drink filled. Very nice lady , just learning ?
  
  This is how it goes here, maybe drop the managers off at North Oshawa location to see it done right . N done right every time.
  
  BTW Our previous visit here was perfect.

  I ordered a phone in order and it arrived 1/2 hour late and didn't even have my order. We ate cold leftovers. Will never call this lame , useless place again. I suggest you do the same. Go to KFC. They can do it right.

  Took family out, food was fine, service was slow. My daughter being 7 wanted to know why swiss chalet is called swiss chalet. A fair question, the first server asked replied in very rude tone with "how would i know, i didn't name it". Very inappropriate to say to a 7 year old! Next server did not know & would seem nobody could answer. its really not asking alot for a company to know its own origin!
